Climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a couch bed were available in our comfort king room.

Gorgeous hotel, rooms are a little small even so the location is magnificent in the area

I appreciated the hotel, it was chic and clean.

The hotel was fabulous and clean, its location was beautiful down to the gondola, excellent service.

Though everything was great, some of the staff were poor.

We liked the hotel and Grindelwald, had 2 great days there. We was offered a room with gorgeous views of the mountains.

The bed was very hard, that's my bad luck.

Everything was simply perfect. Many things to mention - everything was spotless, good food, fantastic views. We liked the convenience of the a double room, as well as climate control and an electronic key card. Set so close to Glacier bus station.

All good - we appreciated our stay - food was high quality and absolutely amazing staff. Remote location, at a moderate distance from a mountain cable car...

Special hotel in an enjoyable location, cheap rooms. Staff were more than helpful and top-class, they treated us like family.

I was there for 3 nights and will come back. Large and fashionable room with absolutely superb views. Top notch service offered in this hotel too.

The hotel itself was BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED and very clean with perfect staff and food. The room was immense, so we were very pleased. The venue was in a shopping area. There was Fondue Restaurant Spycher, max 5 mins walk to, loved their meals.

Everything was fantastic!

I loved the ideal location, the spotless room and accommodating staff. Lots of outstanding food for meals. My room was tasteful and large. It was feet from Grindelwald downtown.
